How a hydrogen system works and what are its benefits?

We call it 'hydrogen cell' or 'hydrogen generator' because it produces hydrogen and oxygen simultaneously through the process of electrolysis shown below.

  We start with distilled water and biodegradable electrolyte that we pour into the system. This gives us maximum control over the process of electrolysis. When you add distilled water begins to collapse the hydrogen (two parts) and oxygen (one part) in perfectly clean condition - 99.99% purity. The next step is to take you to those produced by hydrogen gas generator to pre-combustion chamber engine, what happens with the help of the vacuum created by the engine. Hydrogen and oxygen are mixed with other fuels (gasoline, diesel, etc..) In the pre-combustion chamber and will be conveyed to the cylinders which would produce much more efficient combustion of this fuel mix and consequently significantly reduce the consumption of liquid fuels (gasoline, diesel, etc.). and reduce emissions too. 

Similarly, hydrogen can be used as additional fuel in any internal combustion engines, such as cars, buses, trucks, heavy trucks, diesel generators, furnaces, industrial boilers, etc.. The effect of conventional fuel saving is between 15% and 50% (of the cars made), which also depends on various factors: type of engine (petrol, diesel), engine displacement, engine wear, condition of the engine and dynamo, behavior, driving and more. The system is not pressurized, making it much more secure than other systems that are under pressure as a gas or CNG systems. 


The system is provided with an additional relay, fuse, ammeter and the practice is absolutely safe. The system starts when the engine is switched on also has an additional button incl. for on and off. When you turn off the engine, it automatically stops the production of hydrogen and oxygen. The service is actually quite easy fill the tank with distilled water and electrolyte, which costs less than 5 euro a kilo and most likely will last a year, or two. Best effect on saving diesel and turbo diesel engines.. You may reach up to 50% savings in turbo-diesel at a constant motorway speed. Data saving vehicles tested so far from us is around 30% We derive maximum performance from every drop of conventional fuel. A more complete fuel combustion also means that we have greater efficiency. Provided that we have the most efficient HHO generator (MMW 10.81), excess power from the vehicle's alternator and proper setup (setup) of the parameters of the car - you can get:

 

                                                    1. Increase mileage up to 40%*

                                                         * fuel saving of 40% is a result of additional ECU management setup                            

                                                    2. Increasing the engine dynamic parameters by 25%*                                                               

                                                         *increase Nm's in most  diesel engines up to 25%
